Meet the wine-maker and owner, Nicholas Smith, for a guided tour of the vineyard and winery. You’ll learn how wine is made, from cultivating the grapes in the vineyard, to the science and creativity Nick uses in the winery to produce delicious and complex wines, which you will be tasting as part of your visit.
